Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Artivine Consulting (Artistiqe), we believe that collecting art should be an inspiring, seamless, and worry-free experience. Each piece we showcase is a creation of passion and craftsmanship, and our policies are designed to protect both our collectors and our artists, ensuring trust, transparency, and peace of mind.

Our Artwork Quality Commitment
Every artwork offered through Artivine Consulting (Artistiqe) is a genuine creation, crafted by skilled artists. Because each piece is original, minor variations in brushwork, texture, or color tones may naturally occur. These are not defects but marks of authenticity, enhancing the uniqueness of your artwork. If the artwork delivered does not match the final version mutually approved or confirmed prior to shipment, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement. Where possible, adjustments may be arranged with the artist based on your feedback before shipment to ensure your expectations are met.

Shipping Damage Protection
We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition. However, in the rare event of shipping damage: Notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging to help us assess the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or issue a refund.

Custom Artwork Policy
Commissioned or customized works are created exclusively for you and therefore subject to specific terms: Custom color, size, or commissioned artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. Orders canceled before dispatch may incur a material fee of $6 (or equivalent in local currency) to cover preparation costs. As these pieces are uniquely created and cannot be resold, we appreciate your understanding.

3-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to truly cherish your art. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 3–4 business days of delivery. Once your request is approved, the artwork must be returned within the same timeframe. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error. A refund will be issued once the artwork is received in its original condition and packaging. Once the refund are approved, it will be initiated to original payment method within 3-4 business days.

Important Return Conditions

To protect the integrity of the artwork and ensure fair practice: All returns must be initiated within 3–4 business days of delivery. The artwork must be returned in its original condition, securely packaged (ideally in its original box). Refunds will be processed only after the artwork has been safely returned and inspected.

Changed Your Mind?
We understand that art is deeply personal, and sometimes a piece may not suit your space, style, or scale. You may return your artwork within 
3–4 business  days of delivery, with shipping costs borne by you. Once we receive the artwork in its original condition, a full refund will be promptly issued. Tip: Always package your artwork with care to ensure safe transit back to us.

Non-Returnable Items
For clarity and fairness, the following items are not eligible for return or refund: Commissioned or customized artworks (colors, sizes, or personal requests). Digital files, downloads, or reproductions (if applicable). Items not returned within the approved timeframe.
